Senior people, and you speak to them directly. Your point of contact is our founder or one of our senior consultants. Everyone on the team has done this work inside real businesses, from startups to blue chips. No sales team hands your requirements to an offshore team you never meet.
Yes, and we don't hide it. Working any other way wouldn't be efficient, and it's a big part of why we deliver fast. We direct AI the way experienced managers direct a team. Senior time goes on the decisions that matter.
We're small on purpose. A lean senior team moves faster, low overheads keep our pricing competitive, and our systems hold context and progress better than a big team ever could. Once your system is live, our monitoring and ticketing system automatically detects, diagnoses, and escalates problems and keeps you updated. You can always host and maintain it yourself, too.
It comes from where we started: making leads (marketing qualified leads, or MQLs) flow through systems that didn't talk to each other. The work now reaches well beyond sales and marketing, but the idea is the same: information should move between systems without a person carrying it.
We know recruitment and staffing, professional services, and e-commerce inside out, and we work well beyond them. If your process runs across several systems and someone is holding it together by hand, it's the kind of work we do.
Yes. We're based in the UK, close to London, working with clients across the UK and the US, and the work is remote by nature. We contract and invoice in sterling or US dollars, and scopes of work are signed electronically.
