Zapier Agency

MQLFlow's Zapier consultants and developers build new workflows, fix and optimise the Zaps you already run, and give you an honest answer as to whether Zapier is the right tool for you.

Our founder, Pete Hogg, has been building integrations and automated workflows since 2013, with Zapier among his tools. We build for businesses that use Zapier for a few tasks and for businesses running their operation on it: connecting your apps, automating the manual steps and keeping it all running. And because we're not a Zapier reseller, we'll say plainly when a job wants a different tool.

What we build

Custom Zapier Automations

New workflows built around how your business actually works, not a generic template.

Zap Optimisation & Troubleshooting

Fixing and tuning the Zaps you already run, the ones quietly failing or costing more steps than they need.

Custom Code Integrations

Custom code steps and direct API connections for the apps Zapier's own connectors don't cover.

FAQs

Zapier Agency FAQs

If yours isn’t here, ask us on a call and you’ll get a straight answer.

Zapier connects thousands of apps so an action in one triggers a step in another, no code required for the basics.

An app that isn't on Zapier can usually still be connected, via a direct API call or a custom code step, so it works alongside the rest of your Zaps. MQLFlow builds those connections.

We're an automation consultancy, not a Zapier shop. Zapier is one of the tools we build with, so we've no reason to recommend it when something else fits better, and no reason to talk you out of it when it's the right answer. We build in it, around it, and past it.

No. We're not a certified Zapier Expert, and we don't resell Zapier licences, which is part of why we'll tell you when it isn't the right tool. Our founder has been building automations since 2013, Zapier workflows among them.

Yes, Zapier is SOC 2 compliant and encrypts data in transit and at rest. We follow the same access-control discipline on every automation we build, Zapier or otherwise.

Zapier publishes its own GDPR position and DPA, worth reading directly on Zapier's help centre before any workflow handles personal data.

The main drawbacks of Zapier are per-task pricing that climbs with volume, a ceiling on branching and error-handling logic for complex processes, and no real substitute for a properly designed integration once a process gets complicated. That's the point where we come in.

We're based in the UK, close to London, working with clients across the UK and the US. The work is remote by nature.
